Although payment was eventually made under the plan, it was very difficult to get information on the status of the claim. This, of course, could be because of the Coronavirus situation, but attempts to call by phone were of no avail. I was on hold for over an hour snd had to finally give up. Emails were also not answered. It was only after I contacted InsureMyTrip and told them of my problem that I received payment.

Not having to make a claim, I can only comment on apparent value for the plan which I think was quite good. Sufficient coverage for a good price by a well respected company. That’s a winner in my book!

I had one question about using the medical facility on the ship and the customer service person I spoke with was useless and could not answer my question. Seemed like a good plan but customer service is worthless.
