We never used to bother with travel insurance, but don't feel the same security or confidence in traveling that we used to, so after researching several companies, we had peace of mind knowing the basic coverage we might need was readily at hand if needed. Although I did not have cause to use the insurance, I compared cost/coverage with the other 45 people in my group. I had by far the best coverage at the lowest cost. After a emergency visit on a previous trip, I am convinced it is foolish not to have travel insurance. Especially for the peace of mind it provides.

I have used Insuremytrip several times for previous travels. This time I used a rep to help me decide which coverage would be best for this particular trip. The representative was very helpful, and made it so easy to select the best policy! I will be calling the next time I travel overseas!

It's hard to rate a company objectively until a claim is made. Hopefully that will never happen.
It would be nice if repeat customers would receive a discount based on claim activity as some other major insurance companies offer.
