I was surprised and rather dissatisfied to learn that your insurance is secondary. I will not purchase it again because I want primary insurance. Fortunately, I had no need to file a claim.

In the future, we would be happy to assist you in finding a primary policy. Also, Travel Insured does contain on add-on benefit for primary baggage and medical coverage through their WorldWide Trip Protector plan.

I did shop around for insurance and this plan offered me all the coverage I was looking for at a very reasonable cost and from an insurer that I recognized. Additionally, InsureMyTrip customer service representatives are wonderful, knowledgeable, and courteous (something sorely missing in many companies today).
