I purchased this plan in large part due to the efforts of the agent who ultimately sold me the plan I purchased. However, before I made my final decision, I spoke with an agent who was available when my initial agent was away. Had I been dealing with this person, who was impatient and reluctant to fully address my concerns regarding the policy I was considering, at the beginning of my travel insurance research, I would not have ended up doing business with your company. (I am sorry that I do not have both agents names.) I called you for this trip because I used you for a trip to Cuba in 2016 and was satisfied with my experience. However, your reputation alone, without consistently high quality customer service, will not guarantee you repeat business.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Universal Cruise
Had wallet stolen while on trip; there is basically no coverage...Also if you do submit claim they require original receipts for any claimed item.

While we could not use any coverage (due to excluding any coverage for the lost wallet) it may be difficult to provide original receipts for a replacement i.e. suitcase and clothes...it would appear this could be used to deny any coverage if a loss is incurred.

    Travel insurance plans are "named peril" policies which means only those perils/hazards that are specifically listed in the policy are covered. In addition, all plans have their "exclusions and limitations" which may affect your coverage. C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector
Their customer service is very good. We ended up switching itineraries/dates on our cruise and they allowed us to transfer the policy to the new booking with no hassle. Also, I had some medical expenses on our trip. We did not end up filing a claim because the coverage was excess of our own health insurance, but I did speak with one of their claims representatives who was very helpful explaining coverage.

Generali Global Assistance Standard
On our recent trip to Europe, we had a flight delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight from London to Rome. As a result, we were forced to book a later flight at a much higher cost than our previous booking. Upon our return home, we filed a claim with CSA for trip interruption. We were asked a few questions to clarify the basis for our claim, but after a brief time of less than 2 weeks from the time we submitted our claim, a check for full payment was received in full. I would highly recommend travel insurance with CSA and will most definitely buy insurance through them in the future when the need arises.
