While I didn't file a claim with HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion, I did appreciate the quick and professional response when I requested coverage. As a senior, insurance inquiries can sometimes be a bit more complicated, with HTH I found the staff to be most helpful and cooperative. Generali Global Assistance Standard
Coverage was easy to understand and easy to purchase. Customer service reps explained the program. Once covered, e-mails from you kept us informed. Fortunately or unfortunately, we did not have to make a claim. But, the cost was reasonable and we felt comfortable having the coverage we purchased. Thanks!

A variety of plans were offered with clear explanations of the coverage provided. It was easy to choose and purchase the insurance. We did not have to file a claim but it was nice knowing the coverage was there if we needed it.

Global Underwriters Diplomat International
This is a very affordable insurance policy; by far the best price we found. All other companies we looked at were unreasonably overpriced. Insurance is a much needed element of any trip, but especially an extended overseas trip. I am glad we had the opportunity to find an affordable plan for our trip and know that if we needed insurance, it was there.
