For a small percentage of the trip cost, this plan provides peace of mind. My trip was very physically challenging and could have gone wrong easily. Fortunately, it didn't and I didn't have to worry along the way.

Our tour operator required us to purchase a plan with $100K medical coverage. Having M.H. Ross as the primary payer was a welcome feature. Fortunately our trip was uneventful health-wise. We would use M.H. Ross again.

We never had a need to use the plan. However, we do think that our circumstances in obtaining the plan maybe of interest to you.
We did not get the plan because of our personal travel needs. Instead, we got it out of concern that our two offspring, which have special needs might require us to cancel or interrupt our trip. Thus, we think that because there a certainly other travelers that have similar issues as us you might consider increasing or modifying the plan(s) to increase awareness to other parents concerning this issue. By doing so it may help both you and others.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. You raise a very interesting point as to making people more aware of preeminent scenarios that some companies cover, that other companies may not.
