Easy to give this Plan high marks since I did not submit a claim. I have no idea how the Plan would actually perform in that event.. It could have been anywhere from wonderfully responsive to a complete nightmare to resolve. I will never know.

Although we did not have to make a claim. It was a comfort knowing we had the insurance. another on the cruise had a mega medical problem causing the ship to make an unscheduled stop

Fortunately, I did not have to file a claim. I did feel relief that I did have medical and evacuation coverage if I needed it. The cost for the plan was very reasonable.
