Great service! I was supposed to cruise from Miami to Cuba during hurricane Irma. Flight and cruise were cancelled but refunded so I wanted to rebook for Bermuda out of NYC leaving a day earlier. C&F Travel worked with me to cancel the old policy and reissue one for Bermuda that day at no cost. Due to their great service I felt secure and covered during my trip. Great feeling.

I didn't have to make a claim (thank goodness) so I have no report. The plan did seem to offer good coverage at a fair price, which is why we purchased it. We always take out travel insurance - to not do so carries a great risk. You never know when you'll need it. In the past we have made claims (not with Seven Corners Liaison) one time for medical costs and another time for luggage delay. Both were promptly paid by the insurer. I can't understand why people will spend thousands of dollars for a cruise or trip abroad and not spend another couple of hundred dollars for travel insurance.

Nothing went wrong, so really can't comment on how well the plan was or on John Hancock policies are. Seemed adequate when we bought it, thankfully, we didn't have t use it.
