The process to apply for the insurance was easy. I put that I was satisfied with the plan as 5 stars but that is based on what the coverage was, I did not need to file a claim, so I cannot really judge on how well the Insurance would handle it if a claim was filed,

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
The customer service people were very well informed and patient. They took the time to understand exactly what kind of coverage I was looking for, review the different options, and help me make a decision. Generali Global Assistance Standard
Since I did not need to use any of the coverage, it is hard to say how well I chose the plan, but I did do quite a bit of research beforehand and this plan seemed to cover my needs better than others for a fairly reasonable price.

This is the third time we have purchased a TruTravel Super Saver plan. Fortunately we have not had to file a claim, but the plan was easy to apply for on -line and we felt the explanation of the coverage was pretty clear.

AIG Travel Travel Guard Silver
Our flight from Washington to Amsterdam was cancelled, and we missed a day of our river cruise. I filed a claim when we returned and exactly one month later, I received a check. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, and I was able to get together all the documentation. I am getting ready to take a trip to Europe in September, and I will buy another Travel Guard Silver policy.
