I thought I would have to cancel the trip and the agent walked me through the procedure. It was simple and straightforward. At the last minute we were able to make the trip as scheduled. I felt good having the insurance.

I think the plan is very good. It covered everything I needed and more. I was fortunate in that nothing happened before or during my trip that would have resulted in filing a claim, however it did give me peace of mind and the cost was well worth it.

I needed this insurance because I wanted car rental insurance. The policy was much cheaper than getting rental insurance from the car hire companies, and you get a lot more insured not just the car hire but the entire trip.
