Fortunately I did not have to submit a claim, and hopefully, had I had to I feel confident that the claim would have been handled appropriately.
I must say that I did feel comfortable while on my trip, knowing that I was covered for a medical emergency while away from home.

We didn't have to submit a claim, but I am so happy we had this insurance for peace of mind. We were traveling on a cruise with two small children and you never know what will come up. I will purchase again!

GeoBlue Voyager Essential
Thankfully, we not need to file a claim. A copy of the plan was emailed to me shortly before the trip , and I found that very helpful. The. cost was very reasonable. I assume the coverage provided was good, but I do not know what it would have been like to actually need to use the policy to file a claim.
