Thankfully, didn't need to file a claim. While in Nassau, Bahamas one of the women on our ship fell and broke her hip. And a friend that was with my group had a kidney stone attack and had to visit the ship's doctor for pain meds. Just shows that accidents and sickness happens more often than you would think.

AXA Assistance USA Gold
I had some hotel and taxi expenses due to a flight cancellation for weather. They approved the claim and processed the claim check in a timely manner. I will use them again.

I didn't need it, but I was glad I had it. If you are going on a trip, buy this coverage. Don't put it off, so that you are able to get a pre-existing conditions waiver.
