I was pleased with the initial cost, but because of my grandsons illness, I needed to extend my dates, but instead of extending the date, I had to get a new policy. So it ended up being more expensive than I believe it should have been. Otherwise, you offer a good product with good coverage at a good price. I was grateful I was at least allowed to get additional coverage to extend my stay.

AIG Travel Travel Guard Gold
I did not need the plan, which is good. But I left a family member at home that has medical issues. I got the plan in case I had to return home sooner than expected. Thank goodness, that did not happen.

I have used CSA before and when I made a claim they were helpful and reimbursed me. One buys travel insurance in the hope that you will never need it and fortunately on this last trip I did not need it. I am very happy with CSA and will use them again.
