Of course, since our trip went off without a hitch, we had no reason to file a claim and we have no knowledge on how that effort would have transpired. I was sick not long before my trip and it was so reassuring to know that if I couldn't go, at least I had an insurance plan to cover my expenses. It turned out I was well and able to enjoy the trip, but I am so glad I had the insurance plan.

Our luggage was delayed and I called a representative to find out what to do if it didn't arrive in the time frame of our insurance policy. The representative was so helpful and nice. Luckily our luggage was found and the airline brought it to our hotel. We ended up not needing to file a claim but the representative sent me a text to make sure we did get our luggage. I was pleased with the follow up. I would definitely use them again next time I travel.

Seven Corners Roundtrip
As with all insurance, it is a must-have, but we were happy that our trip was uneventful and that we did not have to use any of the services provided.
