I didn’t have to use the insurance so I really didn’t know how to answer the survey or if I was completely satisfied with it. This was my first cruise and my son had me to get the coverage. I didn’t have to file a claim to know if I was completely satisfied with it. But I know it is good to have.

Customer service of insure my trip was excellent, they helped me narrow down the search on a few specific priorities and highlighted a plan I would of otherwise not recognized that was the best fit balancing also price. I've used this service on annual basis for past 10 years or so. Excellent program and tool also easy to use.

My husband got an infected tooth while we were on vacation and after antibiotics it needed to be pulled right away. The claim process was easy and payment reimbursement was swift.

We were doing both a flight and a cruise, but the online page only allows you to click on one type of travel. As a result, I had to call, and the Tech was able to help me.
