Impossible to rate a plan if you made no claim. All you can do is "hope" they pay when you do make a claim. I bought it and didn't have to use it...Luckily/thankfully!

We didn't use any coverage, so can't give any review on policy service. I liked the InsureMyTrip user interface -- it told me what I needed to know about coverages and allowed me to compare policies easily, including reviews from people who had had cause to use their coverage. And it gave me some confidence that the companies had been vetted.
