I don't think this was covered...my itinerary said one thing what we got was totally different! We could take 2 checked bags over....when we wanted to come home we were told only ONE checked bag per person! It cost us $75 for one extra bag! (we left one bag behind and stuffed everything into the 3rd bag!) Also NO food was offered on the way over!

    Thank you for your question. Although it is unfortunate that your travel provider did not meet the terms of your agreement, there would be no baggage coverage under any of our plans including CSA unless your baggage was lost, stolen or damaged.

You never know how good insurance is until you have to file a claim. However, the price and coverages were good and I have had recommendations from others. I have used CSA before and hope I never have to test it.

I did not have to use the plan on my recent trip, but I assume it would have covered the things listed in the plan description. Last year I did have to use the plan to collect on some damage to a suitcase, and while the plan would not submit payment until I had already collected something from the airline, when it finally did, I was reasonably satisfied. I never travel without insurance, and usually use CSA.
