We needed a plan that would provide for pre-existing conditions for our sister who we were traveling with. We've always purchased trip insurance, but never needed the pre-existing conditions waiver. Even though availability of these type plans was limited, we found Global Alert! to offer what we needed at the best price.

I cannot comment on how good of a policy this was or about customer service as I didn't have to use the benefit.
