We had to cancel our river cruise because of a heart attack 2 days before our departure. We phoned CSA and got the process started several days later. We actually had our refund of the entire amount less that 2 weeks later. Great service!!

AIG Travel Travel Guard Basic
Your customer service representative searched for the very best coverage, giving me thorough comparisons before I purchased for considerately less. The copies of our coverage, insurance ID's for baggage and wallet, and well wishes just before our trip, were all firsts for me in the area of travel insurance. After an inquiry from new travel friends, they made copies of my coverage, planning to join your ranks.
