CSA handled my claim for delayed baggage very efficiently. The check was in mail within a day from my filing of the claim.
Unfortunately, the CSA "economy" travel protection plan I bought in November 2016 is no longer available at the time of this writing (April 2017) for my current booking of a trip to Thailand in January 2018.

I didn't need to file a claim, but I was very happy with the customer service I received. The company was easy to contact and excellent at answering some questions, and it was easy to change the dates of my coverage when the trip dates changed.

Thank you for your comment regarding higher limits for photographic equipment. Although none of our plans provide high limits, CSA Travel Protection provides the most comprehensive baggage coverage since their plans do not include a per article limitation. Nevertheless, the best place to insure your photographic equipment is through your homeowners insurance provider with a Personal Property Floater for your camera equipment.
