I paid over $900 for the plan. I filed a claim for one night of a pre-paid hotel that I was unable to use due to a delay. It took four months to get the claim resolved. They stated that I had not submitted all necessary information, but never contacted me about what I supposedly had not submitted. After three months, I contacted them and was told that I had not responded to their request for additional information. I responded by forwarding them the last email I had received from them that acknowledged they had received my paperwork. I hate to think how they would have handled a claim if I'd been trying to be reimbursed for an amount greater than the premium paid.

While I didn't have to file a claim, I did fall at the Pyramids in Egypt hurting my knee. It took several days to heal, but I was glad I had the insurance in case further medical treatment was needed.

The only missing feature that was not needed was coverage for cost of airfare & related expenses if potential political unrest had required earlier evacuation. Let me know if this feature is there and I just didn't see it. It was a fabulous trip and I highly recommend Egypt to others. The people generally are warm and friendly.l

We were very happy with CSA Travel Protection. We had to file a claim with them because of the snowstorm in New York and the closure of JFK. We called CSA while we were delayed and they answered their telephones promptly, answered all of our questions and gave us a claim number. When we returned from our trip, we again called CSA and they assigned a personal representative to our claim. He told us exactly what we needed to do to file a claim and we had a claim check in our hands within 30 days. We will definitely use CSA again because of the outstanding service they provided to us.
