C&F Travel Insured International
Worldwide Trip Protector Lite
My father died unexpectedly 3 weeks before our planned cruise that I had insured with C&F. Once I got all the documents to them, they paid my claim in full in less than a month and they even arranged with the airline to refund my airfare (which I had insured as well). It was handled all by email. I would use them again and was glad that I insured not only the cruise fare but the airfare as well, never dreaming that I would actually need it.

Fortunately We have only made one claim and Nationwide was Great !
We have been buying plans several times a year for dozens of years from different companies and for various reasons.
Currently The driving force is our own ages and illnesses as well as our parents.....
Will continue to buy and hope to Never file a claim again !
Thankfully this last trip was not a case where we needed to make a claim!
Insurance is something you should definitely have and hope to Never use !

I didn’t have to use it thank goodness but never travel without it. One time I had to use trip insurance through insure my trip (not Nationwide)and they covered everything. The representatives at Insure My Trip were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Did not need it but it is needed just in case. Also, Medical is covered if you are on Medicare since Medicare does not cover any medical expenses out of the country.

Even though my flight was delayed hours in ATL, I was on one of the last flights out before the fire at the airport on December 17. I made it to the cruise ship as they were doing the safety drill...minutes before leaving port. All this and I kept reminding myself I was insured. No matter if I made it to the ship in time, I would not have to pay for a cruise that might not happen. There were several people onboard who had unexpected medical issues (asthma attack, a fall, etc.). Knowing these incidents would also be covered gave me peace of mind. I told everyone I met about Insuremytrip.com. In all the years I have been buying trip insurance, thankfully I have only had to use it once. I will never go without.
