Thank God we are safe from this COVID, I was scared about the spread of the pandemic on cruise ship. That’s why I feel more comfortable when buying a travel insurance.

We will definitely choose this exact plan for our next cruise; peace of mind is everything! We knew someone on our trip whose spouse needed to be taken off the ship for medical reasons while we were out of the country. Fortunately, they also were insured---no one should take a chance---BUY the insurance policy!!

I have had to make changes for a couple of policies and will need to do one more. The level of difficulty is too high with the paperwork I am able to get from Royal Caribbean… if you don’t need all the paperwork for me to buy insurance, why do I have to provide a mountain for minor changes…. Also no way to enter a beneficiary.

It would be helpful to have more Covid-specific language in the policies. E.g., being denied boarding on a cruise ship due to a last-minute positive COVID test
