Cost of plan was good. We only opted for medical but in the future will expand for full trip coverage. Fortunately we did not need to execute the plan and use the coverage. Customer service was very good and explained all the options.

I had a claim for $50 for damage to the luggage. The insurer asked for the same items multiple times.I will most likely not use this insurer again.

Customer Advocates are representatives assigned to assist customers who experience issues after filing a claim. I filed a claim 22 days ago and have heard nothing, AND on top of that, it was a "cancel for any reason" claim!

John Hancock claims department issued Evan's check on April 14, 2017, so he should shortly be receiving payment. Please keep in mind that John Hancock asks claimants to allow up to 30 days after they receive the paperwork for them to review and settle the claim.Apr 17,2017

THIS SURVEY IS SORT OF UNFAIR AS THE TRUE TEST OF A PLAN IS WHEN YOU USE IT AND THANKFULLY WE HAD A SAFE UNEVENTFUL TRIP SO DIDN'T NEED IT.
