I wanted a plan for medical evacuation only, but found that was no longer offered. This plan included evacuation along with medical and trip cancellation...all this at a reasonable cost

This was the first time that my wife and I purchased travel insurance. Our Japan excursion was a major event with a sizable financial investment and we wished to have adequate coverage in case of an unforeseen trip cancellation. For something I haven't used in likely 10 different policies, I find the coverage so complete it makes for total peace of mind. I already have another policy pending for a cruise for my wife and I.
Its great to not have to put in a claim. The representatives always seem to agree on the price and policy coverage I desire. They have the clear English language and knowledge that makes the policy clearly understood. My 6 family members will likely use this company until they (if ever) go out of business.
