I purchased this AIG Travel Travel Guard plan for a recent cruise to the Bahamas. This was the perfect plan for my needs. It was pretty inexpensive considering all the coverage that came with this plan. And, I didn't spend more for coverage I didn't need. Was very simple to purchase this plan and all correspondence is done on-line and communication is quick and simple. I would certainly purchased this plan again.

The only shortcoming of this plan, like most plans, is it is questionable if it would cover failure of an airline to provide travel due to scheduling failure as has happened 2 or 3 times in the past 2 years, or a failure of air travel infrastructure such as FAA mess up or airport problems.

Fortunately, never had an issue to need to submit a claim. However, policy paperwork with provided phone numbers were provided. Very easy to deal with . Would definitely use again .

Had to file a claim against this policy for an interrupted trip. Claim process was online and easy to do, received a payout on the claim at just under a month from submission. Everything went smoothly and did not require any additional information after the initial submission.
My only complaint is we did not get any confirmation the claim was received other than the online screen confirming submission and the claim never showed up (even after it was paid) on the website. We had to call at 3 weeks to understand if was received and had been assigned an adjuster. It had, and we received payment a week later, but we just didn't know.

I did not need to use the insurance and cannot comment on how Trawick International Safe Travels Voyager plan actually would have helped with filing a claim or made it difficult. For this reason I can‘t recommend or recommend this company.

We needed file a claim, my husband had to go to medical while on our cruise. I called customer service before I did my online claim for clarification, they were very helpful, did my claim online attached documents and payment was sent to me. Very easy process.

Getting the reminder email before the cruise was a bonus. Thankfully, I didn't need the insurance, but if I had, it was a comfort knowing I had all the information at my fingertips.

I've used Trawick twice, but never had to claim on a policy, so I can't rate their service. I needed a plan that covered pre-existing conditions and wanted coverage for COVID problems and this plan provided both.

While we did not need to use the policy it provided reassurance and peace of mind. My 5 year old awoke with some eye redness and swelling that did end up getting better with some Benadryl but it was reassuring to know I had insurance coverage if needed.
