Phone support before purchase very helpful - and made me feel comfortable that they could/would help if I needed to make a claim. Thankfully no claim made - but honestly, though I feel having support/leverage of using InsureMyTrip to purchase the insurance made me feel comfortable, unless you actually have a claim dispute, it is hard to judge how good they really are.
