Do NOT use IMG! When filing a claim, all you get are nondescript formula emails. The claims department is hidden away. Their customer service representatives only forward your concerns to claims. We will never buy their insurance again. There is no way to refute decisions made about their "verdicts". Read their reviews on other websites. You will read that they are terrible! Be careful.

Plan was easy to acquire and fairly priced. Filed a claim as a result of a British Airways flight that just disappeared from itinerary the day before we left. There was no email, text or follow up from BA. The insurance covered the expenses related the changes I had to make. Very happy with the process and results.

While we didn't need to use the coverage, it provided peace of mind. We saw others on our cruise who had to be evacuated due to medical issues, and knowing we would have assistance and be covered if that event happened to us was comforting.

As we didn't have any problems that necessitated a claim, it is difficult to judge the policy. However, the price was reasonable compared to other travel insurance.

C&F Travel Insured InternationalWorldwide Trip Protector Plus
I called the insurance company to enquire about filing a claim for an "itinerary change". One airline changed the time of one of my flights resulting in a 90 minute later arrival. This change resulted in being unable to catch a connecting flight with another airline. Because the change was less than 2 hours the airline wouldn't help me and said it was a "non-refundable" ticket. I was forced me to purchase a second ticket with another airline so I could catch my second flight. When I bought the insurance I purchased the most expensive one "cancel for any reason" insurance that was supposed to cover "itinerary change". The insurance company told me this "itinerary change" wasn't covered unless it occurred after I had already left on the trip or unless it was a cruise. I did not see anything written about these details in their fine print. I would not recommend this insurance, as it did nothing for me except cost me money.

Thankfully, we did not need to use the insurance but the agents on the phone were very helpful when choosing a plan. I also called back to add excursions and it was a very easy process.
