I aways buy the AIG Travel Guard MedEvac insurance when I travel. It is a very good value for what it offers and I am glad that it is so easy to buy on InsureMyTrip. I used to buy it from my travel agent but is such a hassle for a small amount to them. And most other people really don't want to bother selling it as it is so small.
