I have used TravelGuard 13 times for foreign travel in the last 12 years. Until now, I have never needed to file a claim. On this trip, American cancelled my flight to London and booked me on another flight, arriving 4 hours late, causing me to miss my connecting flight at LHR. I had to book a later flight on British Airways, which set me back several hundred dollars (unexpectedly). I filed a claim in late September 2016 when I got back. It took about 2 months for the claim to be processed, but it was handled correctly and I was reimbursed. Definitely recommend Travel Guard Gold.
