I have never bought travel insurance until I booked this cruise. At two different ports I saw someone taken away from the ship in an ambulance and realized then that could have been me. At that point I knew my purchase was the right decision and will do so from now own.

Fortunately we did not need to submit a claim but there were some close calls with delayed flights and a suitcase lagged behind on our trip home but found its way the next day and was delivered to our door. I did recommend this policy to my sister for a cruise/airline trip and she did need to submit a claim and was very satisfied with the service she received-- which made me feel very good.
