After 30 plus cruises, this is the first time we have had to file a claim. My husband ended up in the hospital a few days before we were to leave for our cruise. Due his medical condition, we were unable to take this cruise. It was very easy to file a claim....all of the paperwork needed was available on-line. I talked to Arch RoamRight a couple times and they were very knowledgeable and supportive. Our claim was processed in a very timely manner, and I would not hesitate to purchase insurance from them again.

Purchased this plan for an upcoming domestic trip for a friend's bachelorette party and selected Cancel For Any Reason. I needed to cancel the trip a few weeks before departure and immediately submitted a claim. Submitting all the information was a breeze and the process took some time, but not too long and my claim was approved.

I had some luggage delays from LAX. When you arrive and your luggage does not, it is difficult to know whether it is lost or just delayed. You have to buy necessary items from your destination, stuff that you normally don't think about until it isn't there. RoamRight did the right thing. How hard is it to do the right thing? Thanks. I have now bought my plan for my trip in February. Come on people for $20, the peace of mind is worth $20. Now don't get me wrong, filing a claim is tedious, but it's worth it in the long run.
