This is the second time I purchased insurance from RoamRight. The first time I had the security of being insured but fortunately had no incident that required making a claim. My most recent trip had to be canceled for medical reasons suffered by my companion. I was more than pleased by the way the claim was handled. The claim adjuster was incredibly understanding of the circumstances, available for my questions and prompt in handling the claim. My next trip will again be insured by RoamRight.

When ever I cruise I compare the cruise line's rates to those here in InsureMyTrip. Most of the time the rates here will be much less.

Since I didn't use the plan for anything, it's a little difficult to tell you how much I liked it. For all of its intents and purposes, I was well pleased. I have purchased insurance from you many times and as hoped for, I have never used them.

Since this was our first cruise since my husband has been on Medicare, I decided to buy travel insurance since Medicare would not cover any medical treatment incurred out of the country. My husband is a diabetic and I would rather spend $100 for peace of mind than to incur thousands of dollars in medical bills that we would have to pay out of pocket! Since it was hurricane season, I wanted to purchase trip insurance also since the last time we cruised, we ended up on the tail end of Hurricane Hugo in 1989! You never know when an accident or illness will strike so I wanted to be protected!
