I find the RoamRight product descriptions a bit too far on the legal-mind side for easy comparison. At some point, it would be helpful for the average traveler if the product descriptions were written in plain English. On my recent trip, another tripper did have an accident and it was certainly unclear to all involved as to whether his policy would cover the expenses incurred and whether or to what degree the policy would be covering loss of contracted trip for both the injured and the spouse, or just for the cancellation and return home of the injured party. Having reread my policy, I do not know exactly what my RoamRight policy would have covered.

Thankfully I didn't need to use the coverage of the plan, but I felt both the terms and cost of the plan were excellent. insuremytrip is a great tool to ensure you get appropriate coverage for good value.
