I bought coverage for 3 families so I didn’t have to worry about my Grandchildren on our Family Cruise. Our policies covered everything I wanted included; gave me peace of mind at a very reasonable price. I’m a Nurse and very aware of the high cost of healthcare. Love having a plan that gives us piece of mind. We love Royal Caribbean, but there protection plan is geared towards the company more than the cruiser. Using a third party, like Insure My Trip, makes us feel even better protected. Covers everything we could imagine.

Didn't need to use it this time, but they covered everything when I had to cancel an Iceland trip in 2016 when my husband had unexpected knee surgery.

We had never purchased Travel Insurance before, but the necessity of paying early for discounts with questionable refund policies frightened us. Purchasing Travel Insurance relieved us of all that fear and as it turned out, medical challenges prevented us from making the trip. We are so happy and relieved that Travel Insured International sent us a check for $1,299 that covered all of the nonrefundable portion of the trip..

Good policy but it jumps with age... I'm not as concern with cancellation as much as the value of medical evacuation..Maybe this could be adjusted in the price...
