Air travel - particularly with American carriers - has become a nightmare. You can't count on getting where you need to be. Purchasing traveler's insurance is the one thing I can do to exercise some degree of control that if I'm stranded in some airport, I'll have some resources at my disposal. The InsureMyTrip website is informative and easy to navigate. Thanks for the service you provide.

The plan as written seemed to fit our needs, was competitively priced and we felt comfortable with it. Fortunately, we didn't have to file a claim. Unfortunately, that means we can't provide feedback about one of the most important aspects of insurance - the claims process, the responsiveness of the company, finding out what was really in the fine print, etc.
