Thankfully I did not have to utilize the insurance. The pricing is fair compared to other travel insurance offered and it does cover much more so I suppose it's great. I think overall if it was a little cheaper I'd be happier!!

Luckily, we did not have to use the policy. We always purchase travel insurance for piece of mind. Have no history with the company, but it is highly rated. We do our homework before purchasing any policy.

We cannot fully comment with this plan because we are not able to use it. All our plane, excursions, transfers and actual cruise went well. Be using it again come November for Southern Caribbean cruise.

Each Company will base the premiums of their plans on three main factors; (1) the ages of the travelers, (2) the length of your trip from home to home and (3) the total pre-paid and nonrefundable trip cost. My husband had emergency surgery just weeks before our trip was to start. Our doctor said he would be unable to go on the trip. The tour company gave us less than half of the money back and Travel Insured refunded the rest of the money. We had our claim settled in 18 days! We were very pleased with how Travel Insured took care of our claim. We would definitely use them again.

On the 10th day(AM) of 12 day cruise, on a shuttle, I had what seemed to be a TIA and was taken to a clinic, then helicoptered to an Athens hospital. It was determined I had asymptomatic pneumonia, both lobes, and anoxia due to that---blood pressures were up and I was retaining fluid.I was well taken care of in Athens, then flown home with a nurse companion. Travel Insured and On Call International took care of the details and kept in contact with me and my family. Everyone was so nice!
