Obviously the real value of an insurance is what happens if you had to file a claim - how easy the process is and how much hassle factor there is. Since I didn't have to file a claim, I really wouldn't know. However, the price for the insurance was fair for what it says it covers, so I would try this company again.

We have already recommended you to several traveling friends. Thought the price was very good (less than half of Holland America for the same coverage). Response time to receive check for complete coverage requested was 11 days. Most firms, Insurance or any other, will want to use your money for much longer periods.

I would recommend always having travel insurance. While I did not have to file a claim on my most recent trip I did have to file one a couple of years ago. My claim was handled very professionally and quickly.
