We used this insurance last year and were very pleased so used it this year for our trip to Martha's Vineyard and we are so glad we did. I have no complaints. Indeed, they paid me a partial claim while waiting for a clarification of one of the bills I had submitted. When I provided that clarification, they sent me a check promptly.

We only wanted hurricane coverage for a beach house rental, so this minimal policy was perfect. The policy we selected was 1/4 of the price of the insurance offered to us through our rental company.

It is hard to rate this plan as we did not use the coverage. The key is a cancellation occurs, if the coverage is good. It appears to be a good plan.

Trip Protector Lite Expanded
I have ALS and could not complete a tour within our trip. My situation did not fit in a specific category in their Terms and Conditions. But, after much perseverance, they were willing to bend the rules and reimburse me for the prepaid city tour. I am now a satisfied customer.
