No one notified me that my documents were received & no one notified me that my claim had been processed & a check had been mailed. I had to call to get this info. Someone should call or email to let the customer know that you have received everything & also when it has been processed. I have used you for many years & this is the first calim I have made. I will continue to use you as I feel you offer the best service & prices.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish I could get the "cancel for any reason" option as part of our inssurance plan. I was told it wasn't available, but the person couldn't tell me when or how I could get the "cancel for any reason" plan. I did get the insurance within a week of booking the cruise.

Cancel For Any Reason is not offered on this plan. We do offer other plans, as long as you purchase the policy within 10-30 days of your first trip payment (depending on the plan you choose) or deposit, then you could add (for an extra premium) cancel for any reason onto one of those policies.Dec 21,2011
