I chose a comprehensive plan through Travel Insured, and though I did not need to use any of the features, I felt the protection was well priced for coverage I might have need for in any emergency.

While I didn't need to actually use the coverage, it seems quite comprehensive based on reading of the agreement. The part I liked best was the price and the ease of obtaining the coverage. I also needed to call with some questions, and the person who helped me was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. All in all, a good experience, and I will use them again in the future.

Fortunately, I never had to use it on this trip but I always insure my trips with InsureMyTrip and have never had a problem. Even when cancelling a $4000 Transatlantic cruise less than a week before for medical reasons.

I didn't need to file a claim but the cost of the plan was far lower than what I would have paid through the air and cruise line. Well worth the peace of mind! I have recommended to others.
