Although I didn't need to file a claim, it gave me a secure feeling know that I was covered should I need to. Have used "InsureMyTrip" in the past, and find it well worth the money. It's one of the most reasonably priced plans.

Obviously the real value of an insurance is what happens if you had to file a claim - how easy the process is and how much hassle factor there is. Since I didn't have to file a claim, I really wouldn't know. However, the price for the insurance was fair for what it says it covers, so I would try this company again.

The cost of this insurance was the best I could find from a highly rated company. My only reservation, which prevented me from giving this policy 5 stars across the board, is that, as with any insurance policy, you cannot be sure of the coverage until you actually file a claim.

No one notified me that my documents were received & no one notified me that my claim had been processed & a check had been mailed. I had to call to get this info. Someone should call or email to let the customer know that you have received everything & also when it has been processed. I have used you for many years & this is the first calim I have made. I will continue to use you as I feel you offer the best service & prices.
