I fortunately did not need to use this insurance for the recent trip I took to Sicily, but I had no problem on the site understanding the coverage, comparing plans etc. The information they emailed me was complete and thorough.

I bought the insurance on the recommendation of friends who travel abroad. This was the first time I purchased trip insurance of any kind. I was not dissatisfied by the plan, but it was moderately expensive and I did not need to use it. Not sure if I would purchase it again, but thanks anyway.
