Your customer service did a good job of explaining what was covered and made it easy to purchase a plan. Since I did not use it, which I am thankful, I do not know if your claims processing folks would be as helpful.

Peace of mind. Knowing that when something goes wrong on a trip. Having a travel protection plan to go to if I need it. Makes all the difference in the world between having a great experience in my travels or having a disaster. You never know when an unfortunate circumstance may happen and I certainly don't want to be put into the position of, "I should have gotten travel insurance." You don't think of it when your young. But as an older traveler I would hate to have a medical emergancy far away from home and not be covered under the medical care coverage of a CSA Travel Protection Plan. I don't want to be penny wise and pound foolish when planning a trip. Which brings me right back to those words, "Peace of mind".
