We had to cancel our river cruise because of a heart attack 2 days before our departure. We phoned CSA and got the process started several days later. We actually had our refund of the entire amount less that 2 weeks later. Great service!!

Easy, reasonable price, necessary for every trip. My husband has no on-going health problems, rarely ever sees a doctor, has taken 50 cruises with no problems. But in February on a cruise, he had a detached retina. Thanks to our great insurance for making the cancellation of our cruise the following week, be so much less painful. We always recommend trip insurance, especially for those folks who "never get sick". Thanks so much for great plans like yours.

The price was more reasonable than what was offered through our travel supplier. I have heard horror stories about people who had to pay hospital bills out of pocket for thousands of dollars, because they were uninsured.

As we were shopping for the right plan we found that the CSA plan best met our needs. It was easy to sign up and we felt the cost was reasonable after we compared the CSA plan to other plans. We would absolutely use the CSA plan again when we travel.
