Like all insurance policies, this was protection should the unexpected befall us. Thus, it is difficult to fully assess my "satisfaction with the plan" since, fortunately, I did not have to file a claim. But, more important, it provided me with the peace of mind that I needed while traveling in a foreign country.

While we did not need to make a claim, as we have done successfully in the past with CSA, we had the peace of mind that the company provided.
