I feel very to have bought the insurance as a woman on our recent trip fell down and had a slight fracture of her leg and a large hematoma on her head. She still went along on the trip but could not really take part in most of the activities.

So many of the reviews are not based on how claims were covered or processed. I had the unfortunate experience to have to file a claim due to a trip delay. I called the representative to review my options for coverage and received knowledgeable advice. I ended up taking another flight with additional fees, rent a car and drive 6 hours to get home. I submitted my expenses and explanation and received the compensation allowed by the plan within 3 weeks of filing. Would recommend!

Like all insurance policies, this was protection should the unexpected befall us. Thus, it is difficult to fully assess my "satisfaction with the plan" since, fortunately, I did not have to file a claim.
