I selected this plan because it seemed to offer the most coverage at the lowest price. And isn't that what most of us want in our travel insurance policy? Fortunately, I did not have to use any of its coverage. Although many in our group touring China became ill with respiratory diseases -- infected sinus, acute bronchitis, pneumonia, etc., we were able to continue and finish the trip.

We have used this site for travel insurance several times and, fortunately, have not had to file a claim. So, I just have to assume that the plan cover adequately and that there are no hitches between what I think is covered and what the agency believes it has covered.

Difficult to rate since, fortunately, we had no issues. We bought what we believed we would potentially need in the event of an incident and what we believed was at a reasonable price. That is what insurance is all about. The good news is we did not have to call upon it.
