Happily we didn't have any problems during our recent trip and therefore didn't have to file a claim. We purchased the plan for the coverage and the peace of mind it provided. So it was worth the cost to have that peace while we were away.

I purchased this insurance for a sponsored tour of London and Paris because this was less expensive than purchasing insurance through the tour operator. Thankfully, I didn't need to use the insurance, but I believe this plan would have been there for me if I needed it.

It is difficult to evaluate the plan in that I was fortunate that I did not have a problem nor need to file a claim. So I have no way to actually know how efficient, prompt or problem free my problem resolution would have been with CSA Travel Protection. Of course, everyone hopes for problem free trips.
