We never tested the plan which makes it differicult to evaluate. Insurance coverage and how the company applies it to a claim is a true test for the end user. It is reassuring to have some degree of protection when traveling. We are not young so having this coverage is reassuring. Yes we would buy it again in future travels. We have no issue with the plan but also have little to say on how it works. Given the cost of travel it is worth having the coverage.

I am completely happy with the Travel Protection plan, the basics of what I wanted covered were included at a reasonable price.

Your plans stand out above the rest so I always use your insurance now. Very happy with the potential of what you offer however I have never had a claim so I can't give feedback on customer service. I hope its good if I ever need to make a claim.

Although that may appear to be a great idea, rebating, which is refunding a part or all of a premium payment, is against the law. Various homeowners and auto insurance companies may use rate levels to calculate premiums based on prior loss experience. However, travel insurance is not usually purchased on an annual basis and may also be with multiple companies so discounting based on loss experience would not apply.
