I didn't have to use the Travel Protection but was grateful I had it just in case. The plan was easy to purchase on the internet. I received all the information including contact phone numbers should the need arise. Your customer service colleagues were very helpful when I had a question and answered quickly and accurately.

Glad I didn't have to make a claim this time! Last time I scheduled a trip to the UK I got sick, and my only cost was the ticket change fee ($250) which was covered by my previous policy through AmEx. Though most of the time we don't make a claim, having trip insurance has certainly made a difference when we did.

It is very hard to comment on this type of product when you have not had to interact with the company. I had no claim so I can't comment on satisfaction from that point of view. This coverage was the best and most reasonably priced for the items I want covered and it offered longer term (over 30 days) coverage which many do not. The information on claims and the coverage was detailed and came quickly.
